About The Fix on Wheels
Welcome to The Fix on Wheels! My name is John Ou and I am the owner. The Fix on Wheels is the food truck affiliated with The Fix Burger restaurant in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Since March 10, 2017, we have served the seven core burgers from the Silver Lake storefront: The Fix, Silverlake, Rodeo, Ono, Seoul, Fix on Fire and Pesto. Every burger starts with a 4 oz. Angus beef patty on a Homeboy Bakery brioche bun. We also serve a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and an Impossible Burger, and grilled chicken or Impossible Foods plant-based protein can replace the beef patty on any burger.
For catering, we can also bring tacos, hibachi plates, or sandwiches & wraps (one menu per event). We cater events of 100–300 guests across Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County and the Inland Empire, and we can serve about 100 orders per hour. Our truck is fully insured and self-powered.

I can’t rave enough about The Fix. We hosted a Super Bowl party and once the truck started serving there was only a minute or two before people’s orders were ready. The food itself: YUMMY! Perfect size so very tasty hamburgers and the fries were crispy with an amazing seasoning. Having the vegetarian burger was so welcomed by a few and they were sure to let me know they appreciated not only the fantastic taste but that they too could enjoy a hamburger. I couldn’t believe how many day after the party calls I received raving on how delicious the food was. You must hire The Fix for your event! Everyone will love you too.

Loved that my Beyond Burger was cooked perfect and warm when I got it. My only suggestion, the fries were a bit too salty, but yummy! Loved it was on time...no waiting! Haven't eaten at a food truck since the 80's and this was a super GREAT experience!
