Los Fix Tacos

A spinoff from the popular burger truck, The Fix on Wheels, Los Tacos Fix serves tacos, burritos and quesadillas, both traditional Mexican and Asian fusion. Want something more than a traditional Mexican taco truck or something more comprehensive than Asian fusion food? We might just be the truck you are looking for!

A collaboration between owner John Ou and chef Sage Pallotta, the truck serves both traditional Mexican and Asian/Mexican fusion inspired offerings.

Some of the offerings we offer for catering are Mexican asada, pollo and potato items, as well as Korean BBQ asada items, in taco, burrito and quesadilla formats, along with sides of traditional Mexican rice and beans and Asian sesame veggie fried rice.

Please note that this menu is separate and distinct from the burger truck and we are unable to serve this menu along with burgers and fries.
