April, the star of April's Kitchen, comes from a family that loves to cook. Her mother was a chef at a Thai restaurant. Her sister own a food truck and a restaurant. Her brother owns a boba tea shop that also serves savory food. She is gifted in cooking and it's also her passion. Whatever she makes, she adds her own twist and taste into it. Nice to have a truck with more healthy options. Food was flavorful but wasn't too salty and was very fresh. Please...please bring back April's Kitchen.
