About APRIL'S KITCHEN
April's Kitchen is mobile food vendor; providing fresh and delicious Asian-inspired dishes in the Middle Tennessee area.
April, the star of April's Kitchen, comes from a family that loves to cook. Her mother was a chef at a Thai restaurant. Her sister own a food truck and a restaurant. Her brother owns a boba tea shop that also serves savory food. She is gifted in cooking and it's also her passion. Whatever she makes, she adds her own twist and taste into it. When you see April's Kitchen, come and taste what is good!

The lo mein was phenomenal, the noodles soaked up the sauce perfectly. I will say though that it was a little too sweet but I'd definitely get it again next time you're here!

The pepper steak is amazing and exceeded my expectations. Also the Thai tea was extremely good. I will definitely be back

Generous portions, well seasoned (not over seasoned), very courteous service under time pressure & walk-up customers, as well as unexpected under staffing. Thank you April's Kitchen. At our house, you're a "do again". ☺️

Nice to have a truck with more healthy options. Food was flavorful but wasn't too salty and was very fresh. Please...please bring back April's Kitchen.

It was so gooooood! The shrimp lo mean was the best. Even better after you leave it sitting for a bit.

Everything was great but the chicken seemed a touch overdone. Still great job. Will definitely be back!
