Fueling First-State Films—and Wilmington’s Small Businesses
Booking a food truck for your Wilmington, DE studio isn’t just convenient—it’s an investment in the city we love. Every truck we roll onto a lot in Browntown, Riverside, or along Shipley Street is owned by a Delaware family or solo entrepreneur. Your breakfast burrito from a converted school bus and that late-night smash burger served curbside on Orange Street both keep dollars circulating right here in the First State.
Food truck catering is also greener than the old buffet tables and Sterno cans. Modern trucks run on high-efficiency equipment, prep to exact head counts, and compost or recycle much of their packaging. That means less waste heading to the Cherry Island Landfill and a smaller carbon footprint for your production.
So the next time your production coordinator searches “studio food truck catering Wilmington DE” or “low-budget film set meals near me,” remember that Best Food Trucks can feed your cast and crew while propping up the local economy. Great grub, eco-friendly service, hometown pride—call it a wrap.

It was very good and tastes fresh. I just wish the patty was thicker. It's the thickness of an in n out burger and I thought it would be fatter. But I would order again.

The brisket grilled cheese was seriously the best BBQ sandwich I've ever had. It was PERFECT. The meat was Smokey and the BBQ sauce was definitely homemade because it was superb & you can taste the love that was put into it. My husband tried it & instantly wanted one. We will be ordering 2 sandwiches each next time - they were THAT good. Staff was friendly and our order was made exactly at the time we selected. 10/10 will be back!

Sandwiches were absolutely phenomenal. Cuban, chicken parm, grilled cheese and brisket were all top notch! Five stars there. Fries had zero taste and were pretty bad but the main course more than made up for it.

Everything! It's the best pizza I've ever had and I mean it. I do wish they had a customization option with more add ons. But for what they had I wouldn't change a thing. 10/10

I received the wrong pizza (pepperoni) at first. Once I took the incorrect pizza back to the truck they apologized and made the NY plain with extra cheese as I had originally ordered. The staff was friendly and professional. When I was picking up the remake the AFrame metal sign blew over and struck me in the back of my lower leg just above my foot. I would suggest that food trucks tie down or weight their signs to keep this from happening in the future. Luckily it did not land on the top of my foot since I was wearing flip flops. I have some bruising and have placed some ice on it.

My two favorite parts are the family atmosphere and the high quality food. I look forward to the savory sauces in the pastas.
