Hot, Customizable Meals for Your Grand Junction Studio—Ready the Moment You Yell “Cut!”
Filming against the red-rock backdrop of the Colorado National Monument or capturing that perfect sunset along the Riverfront Trail can make for long days on set. Best Food Trucks specializes in food truck catering for studios in Grand Junction, keeping your cast and crew fueled without missing a beat. We partner with the Western Slope’s favorite mobile kitchens to design rotating daily menus, choose the ideal parking spot on your lot, and streamline ordering and pick-up so meal breaks stay as tight as your shooting schedule.
Our local lineup covers every craving. Street-taco aficionados flock to Armando Tacos for scratch-made tortillas and fiery salsas, while comfort-food lovers find their happy place with the stacked burgers and loaded fries from Bravos Food Truck. When the crew starts asking for slow-smoked goodness, Bo-B-Q rolls in with ribs and brisket worthy of a Palisade peach glaze. And if your sound team needs a pick-me-up between takes, the classic diner vibes of Jukebox Jamboree deliver shakes, melts, and nostalgia in equal measure.
From early-morning call times on Main Street to late-night shoots in the shadow of the Book Cliffs, we handle every detail: vendor vetting, permits, insurance, and cost analysis tailored to your budget. Food truck catering reduces food and packaging waste too—so you can keep your set green like the orchards out in Palisade. Let Best Food Trucks take the guesswork out of mealtime for your Grand Junction studio. It’s one less thing on your call sheet.
Fueling Mesa County Small Businesses—Right From Your Set
Booking food truck catering for studios in Grand Junction does more than satisfy hungry cast and crew; it keeps the money right here on the Western Slope. Every time you roll a local truck onto your lot, you’re investing in the solo entrepreneurs and family-run kitchens that give downtown Grand Junction, Fruita, and Palisade their flavor. From the husband-and-wife team pressing tortillas at dawn to the veteran pitmaster smoking brisket over peach wood, these small businesses depend on film shoots like yours to thrive year-round.
Food trucks are also a greener choice for film production catering. Compact kitchens mean lower energy use than a conventional commissary, and on-truck service slashes disposable packaging. Fewer generators humming, less trash headed to the Mesa County Landfill—your sustainability officer will thank you.
So the next time “low-budget film catering Grand Junction” shows up on your call sheet, give Best Food Trucks a shout. We’ll line up the area’s best mobiles, tighten up permitting, and deliver meals that make your shoot—and our local economy—run smoother than a dolly on fresh track.

The brisket melt is absolutely delicious. We loved the seasoning on the fresh cut fries. This is definitely our favorite sandwich truck that comes to Talavera.

I was just a little disappointed that they didn't have the chess pie that I had ordered. The red beans and rice were really good.

Food is delicious. However my order was messed up tonight :(. Asked for extra chicken but they dumped shrimp all over the rice instead. Couldn’t eat it

The turkey burger was good. I don't eat onions and have allergies to that so I scraped them off. There wasn't a space to request ti have them removed. Perhaps, an "instructions" space can be added for that particular burger as well. Many have allergies to foods. Thank you!🙂

Truck was great, would like a lid for the pudding to carry a little easier. And would like more trucks with healthier options

Less crema on the fish taco. But otherwise all of it was delicious and the jerk chicken taco was my favorite. Great flavor and perfect heat for jerk.
