Fresh, Hot, and Totally Custom Meals for Your Grand Junction Studio
Whether you’re shooting a documentary on the Colorado National Monument or filming a commercial along the banks of the Colorado River, Best Food Trucks delivers studio food truck catering in Grand Junction that keeps cast and crew fueled and focused. We’ve spent years perfecting on-location meal service, so your breaks run on time and your team eats food they’ll rave about all the way back to Denver. From mapping the ideal truck parking on North Avenue to setting staggered pickup windows, we handle every detail—rotating daily menus, permitting, insurance, and a transparent cost analysis that respects your production budget.
Grand Junction is all about flavor, and our local lineup proves it. Craving street-style Mexican fare? Armando Tacos grills up sizzling carne asada and fresh-pressed tortillas. Prefer down-home comfort food? Bravos Food Truck serves burgers and mac ’n’ cheese that rival mom’s Sunday dinner. Need smoky Western Slope barbecue between takes? Bo-B-Q rolls in with slow-smoked brisket and tangy peach-wood ribs. And when the crew wants a jukin’ good time, Jukebox Jamboree dishes out classic American favorites to a soundtrack of golden-oldie hits.
Partnering with our vetted Grand Junction food trucks not only keeps your team happy, it cuts down on food and packaging waste—an eco-friendly win that fits the Western Colorado mindset. Let Best Food Trucks handle the logistics of studio food truck catering for your next Grand Junction production, so you can keep the cameras rolling and the creative energy high.
Fueling the Grand Valley—and Its Small Businesses
Booking studio food truck catering in Grand Junction does more than keep your cameras rolling on time—it pours money right back into the Grand Valley. Every rig on the Best Food Trucks roster is a Mesa County–licensed, family-run operation, from the couple simmering Palisade-peach chutney before sunrise to the Fruita pit-master slow-smoking brisket through the night. When your crew grabs lunch on North 7th Street or out near the old Tilman Bishop facility, they’re handing paychecks to local entrepreneurs, not a national chain.
Going with a food truck instead of a traditional buffet is also a green light for the planet. On-board kitchens fire up only when the director yells “Cut!”, so our Grand Junction food trucks draw a fraction of the energy a brick-and-mortar commissary needs and send far less packaging to the Mesa County landfill. Reusable baskets, compostable forks, and ingredients sourced from Western Slope staples—think Olathe sweet corn and Rifle-raised beef—turn craft services into a sustainability statement your entire set can brag about.
Ready to roll? The next time you Google “film set catering near me,” call Best Food Trucks for studio food truck catering in Grand Junction and give your cast, crew, and community something to cheer about.

This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

The crust was perfect, I ordered extra sauce, and they it gave to me in a small container. Also perfect for dipping that perfect crust into.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!
