The secret to keeping thousands of guests happy? Bring in the top Baton Rouge food truck catering pros. Modern food trucks roll in with fully self-contained kitchens—no extra permits for tents, no generators snaking across the levee, and zero long tear-down times. Best Food Trucks coordinates multiple trucks at once, so your large-scale event feels like its own mini Fête Rouge. Want smoky Cajun plates? Book Cou-Yon's BBQ. Craving authentic Mexican street eats for your Live After Five crowd? Aztecas Taco Truck and Birria & Barbacoa de Chivo Los Compadre's have you covered. Need soul-warming comfort food for an LSU alumni tailgate? Tre's Street Kitchen brings the flavor. And when the party calls for Southern classics with a gourmet twist, Southern Style Bistreaux is ready to roll in.
Whether you’re feeding 500 marathon runners along the Mississippi River walk or 5,000 convention-goers at the Raising Cane’s River Center, our Baton Rouge food truck catering team scales seamlessly. The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.

The food was still warm . I had preordered. This helped with having the food ready instead of waiting for a long time. I liked the idea of the device they gave to us for pick up. The customer service was also pleasant.

Maybe a different sauce on the fajita chicken wrap. The portion and food quality was very good. The okra was wonderful.
