Nothing ruins the mood faster than gray, lukewarm “barbecue” swimming in its own regret. That’s why savvy hosts skip the soggy chafing dishes and book real barbecue food truck catering in Baton Rouge.
The Capital City’s best pitmasters roll up with smokers roaring and hickory perfume wafting through the air, carving brisket and pulling pork to order. Your guests will taste the difference and know you went full Boss Mode on the event planning.

Baton Rouge already trusts local legends like Boo's Best BBQ for melt-in-your-mouth ribs, Profit Smokin BBQ LLC for smoky American comfort classics, and Creole Roux Wagon when that Cajun-kissed ‘cue craving hits. It was good but so spicy! I wasn’t expecting it to be spicy. It may be too spicy for the average person lol.

The pork combo was great. Pork was melt in your mouth, the slaw and mac and cheese, baked beans and brisket sandwich were also very good.

. The Mac and cheese was delicious. The BB sauce had a little bite to it; however, got use to it. The beef was great

Well, in the past (and I've had Newmans a lot for lunch), I typically received 4-5 ribs rather than three, which is what I received today. The cost of my lunch was $19 for 3 ribs, a coke, and Mac-n-cheese (which also was a very small portion). Bottom line, the $19 cost did not equate to the meals value.

The food was fresh, the mac and cheese is unlike most other places mac and cheese, and the cornbread + butter is delicious

The truck arrived 30 mins late, which caused quite a disturbance. The food was cooked and served quickly. Some things were overcooked and dried out, a bit. However, Mike was very courteous and professional and accommodating.

I definitely want this one back! Best darn truck food I’ve had in ages and the service was impeccable.

- What is food truck catering?
- Food truck catering is when you hire a food truck to provide freshly made meals from a full service mobile kitchen for your event. Instead of using large containers filled with food made hours earlier, food is made fresh and onsite.
- How does food truck catering work with Best Food Trucks?
- With Best Food Trucks, you choose the budget for your event and provide details like, time, date, how many diners and what type of party you're throwing. Best Food Trucks will send out your request to regional food trucks who will submit a proposal based on your budget.
- How do we choose the budget for our food truck event?
- You choose the budget (within our parameters) and we'll find proposals that match that budget. Every proposal we send you will be for your submitted budget.
