Wing Kingh

Wing Kingh was founded by Sherman Gartrell in October 1999, originally as S&M Wing Shack, operating from a food trailer. With determination and passion, Sherman introduced his signature Lemon Pepper wing sauce, quickly turning it into a local sensation.

In 2004, Sherman opened his first sit-down restaurant in Commerce, GA, which was later renamed Sherm's Famous Wings and More. Following a successful partnership and another location in Athens, GA, Sherman took a hiatus from 2009-2020.

Reigniting his passion in 2020, Sherman purchased his iconic bright red food truck, rebranding as Wing Kingh.  Now based in Washington, GA, Sherman continues to share his culinary creations through his restaurant and two food trucks, bringing delicious wings to various locations.
