I requested sweet sauce on the side, but pork/fries already drizzled with a more spicy sauce. Dish was a little scarce on the pork.

Some of the best barbecue I have had. Hands down the best food I have had from a food truck. The Mac and cheese was delicious and the portions were large!

There were a lot of overly fatty pieces in the brisket. The good pieces had a great flavor, but we had to throw away more pieces than we would have expected.

Put the baked beans in a separate bag, knotted to prevent spillage. 1/3 of my beans ended up under the main container inside the bag.

The meat (pork, brisket and ribs) was fantastic. Slaw is too vinegary, and the beans tasted like canned baked beans. So definitely room for improvement with the slaw and beans.

The sausage had nice snappy skin and the center was melt-in-your-mouth juicy! The mac and cheese was exactly what I expected, but the potato salad was next level. The potato salad dressing was cool and creamy and refreshing, paired perfectly with the smoky rich sausage. Thanks for visiting us at PCSO/911! We appreciate it!
