We are a family-owned and operated food trailer specializing in delicious chopped cheese sandwiches. Chopped cheese is a beloved staple in New York City, made on the grill with ground beef, onions, seasoning, cheese, and our signature chopped cheese sauce.

The flavor was on par with and even exceeded most NYC bodega chopped cheeses I've had
