The Rolling Recipe LLC Food Truck is one of Nashville's most popular Southern fusion cuisine vendors. We are inspired by the local of flavors of Nashville, and combine them with fresh ingredients and love to make some of the best comfort food out there! Home style Sandwiches, Po-Boys, Southern style Nachos & Quesadillas are definitely some local favorites. The Rolling Recipe will roll to you as well! The quesadilla was wonderful! I had to make myself stop eating so I didn't eat too much. One recommendation is putting pickles on the Nashville hot bourbon cheesesteak.

Both quesadillas were supposed to have grilled onions and peppers. They only had grilled onions. The peppers were definitely missed.
