Fresh hand patted burger with classic toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. Ketchup, mustard and mayo available on the side.
Falafel pita
Scratch made falafel (chick pea based batter fried similar to a fritter) served on a lightly toasted pita with parsley, tomatoes, Arabic pickles and a drizzle of tahini sauce. This item is vegetarian. A vegan option available by substituting tahini sauce for garlic paste.
Gyro
Hand cut gyro sliced off an upright broiler served on a lightly toasted pita bread with handmade tzaziki sauce, fresh sliced tomato and onions.
Gyro burger
Fresh hand patted beef topped with gyro sliced off the broiler, onion, tomato, feta cheese and fresh handmade tzaziki sauce.
Kafta
Fresh 90% lean beef combined with fresh ground lamb, served on a lightly toasted pita with parsley, red onion, tomatoes, tahini sauce and a sprinkle of sumac.
Mushroom Swiss burger
Fresh hand patted burger topped with sautéed onions and fresh portobello mushrooms, Swiss Cheese and mayo.
Olive burger
Fresh hand patted burger topped with Greek Kalamata olives, feta cheese, fresh cut onion and zesty garlic mayo.
Philly burger
Fresh hand patted burger topped with beef tenderloin, sautéed onions, portobello mushrooms and green peppers and mayo.
Pulled pork sandwich
We smoke pork butts for 16 hours, pull it fresh out of the smoker and serve it on a lightly toasted bun with sweet mild bbq sauce.
Sweet n Hot bbq bacon burger
This burger is no joke!!! Fresh hand patted beef topped with sautéed onions and jalapeños, American cheese and our award winning signature sweet n hot bbq sauce (contains habenero and Carolina Reaper peppers!)
