What started as a dream became a reality—our very own family business. But life threw us challenges we never expected. When our four year old son Matthew’s health declined, hospital stays and mounting bills forced us to step away and take 9-to-5 jobs to keep our family afloat. Through faith, the support of loved ones, and the incredible team at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Matthew received a life-saving transplant. Today, he’s thriving and we are beyond grateful.

This journey tested us but never broke us. It made us stronger, more determined, and more appreciative of what truly matters—faith, family, and community.

Now, The Philly King is back, serving up the same passion and quality that define our journey. Inspired by East Coast flavors, we craft authentic Philly cheesesteaks piled high with premium meats, cheeses, and fresh local bread.
