The Forge Wood Fired Pizza is a mobile pizza oven that turns out delicious, authentic wood-fired pizzas with an 800 degree fire on the truck. Made from scratch and using only top quality ingredients to ensure great taste, they offer 10" margarita pizzas or cheese pies for those who prefer something more traditional before branching into new tastes like their spicy Hot Buffalo Chicken Pizza made of grilled chicken breast smothered in buffalo sauce then topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. For dessert? Cookies--always cookies!

Actually I will change my rating to a 4. The pizza was delicious, ready on tome, but I did not care for the crust. It seemed more like a pita type crust to me.
