Southwest Sabor was born from a dream in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and built on a passion for sharing true Southwestern flavor. Since 2020, we’ve been serving bold, authentic dishes rooted in New Mexican cuisine—an American Southwest tradition centered around red and green chile. This isn’t Tex-Mex or typical Mexican food—this is a distinct culinary culture with deep history, and we’re proud to bring it to Las Vegas.
