Since 2020, we’ve been serving bold, authentic dishes rooted in New Mexican cuisine—an American Southwest tradition centered around red and green chile. This isn’t Tex-Mex or typical Mexican food—this is a distinct culinary culture with deep history, and we’re proud to bring it to Las Vegas.
