Our journey began in 2004 with a Comfort Food restaurant in California, now we are excited about our BBQ Smoker trailer and a dream to bring authentic Southern-style BBQ to Southern Oregon.

Chef and pitmaster, Shannon is passionate and dedicated about her love of BBQ and tending to the smokers day and night. She has been featured on the Cooking Channel and the Food Network.  Co-owner Terry, has a passion for people and local small business.
