I received the wrong pizza (pepperoni) at first. Once I took the incorrect pizza back to the truck they apologized and made the NY plain with extra cheese as I had originally ordered. The staff was friendly and professional. When I was picking up the remake the AFrame metal sign blew over and struck me in the back of my lower leg just above my foot. I would suggest that food trucks tie down or weight their signs to keep this from happening in the future. Luckily it did not land on the top of my foot since I was wearing flip flops. I have some bruising and have placed some ice on it.

It was the best gluten-free pizza I've had since New York City and the chocolate Dubai dessert was amazing. I hope they come to Starkey ranch again soon!!

I might be biased because I love pizza, but this really is one of the best food trucks. The freshness, quality, and portions are great. Also, the stuffed rice balls are to die for!
