Pasta Galifi specializes in the production of fresh and dry pasta using only top quality semolina flour. We have over 20 types of pasta, not to mention all the flavors and natural colors that can be added to any pasta. The possibilities are endless!
Pasta Galifi was founded by Andrea and Annabella Galifi in 2018. Andrea was born and raised in Rome, Italy and Annabella in Nashville, Tennessee.
Together we share a passion for Italian cuisine and believe the secret to the perfect pasta dish starts with the perfect pasta!

Unfair question. It was salted perfectly, the pasta is perfect, everything was fantastic. The bread on the side was perfect to sop up the rest of the sauce.
