Not your Nonna’s Italian restaurant. We’re a fast-casual, build your own pasta bowl Italian Kitchen that focuses on our fresh-made pasta and craft-made sauces and toppings. Come early, come often as favorites often sell out. We focus on quality and consistency, working with local farms and producers to offer only the best Italian American food in a non-pretentious, craft-driven environment.
