The pork would hold up well in Memphis. Perfectly smoked and great sauce. The fries were tremendous. Food trucks are usually either undercooked or burn soggy messes. Not this. Perfect crunch with the soft potato in side (for both the russet and sweet potato. Look forward to your return.

Everything however just a bit extra fried underneath would have made it amazing!!! Felt it was more meat than fries. Balance would be great between the two. Thanks

This food truck was the best brisket my guests and I have ever had! And the other items were equally delicious. The guys preparing and serving couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve had guests come up to me after the event commenting on the food and service! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Very very tasty. I don’t know how the fries say so crispy under all that loaded-ness but it was awesome! Brisket is good cuts, no fat (at least that hasn’t rendered down into delicious). We’ll be back!

We used MCB for a corporate event and everyone commented on how awesome it was. This is seriously the best truck: amazing food, kind staff. We will be using them again!
