We're the Music City Brisket Food Truck serving greater Nashville! Ready to bring you our signature Barbecue Brisket Sandwiches, tender Baby Back Ribs, tasty Fish Tacos, and a whole lot more! Delicious food, good prices and great customer service all wrapped up in one food truck! We also have preset Catering menus, but are more than happy to work with you to design a menu based on your preferences. This food truck was the best brisket my guests and I have ever had! And the other items were equally delicious. The guys preparing and serving couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve had guests come up to me after the event commenting on the food and service! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Very very tasty. I don’t know how the fries say so crispy under all that loaded-ness but it was awesome! Brisket is good cuts, no fat (at least that hasn’t rendered down into delicious). We’ll be back!

Absolute fire 🔥! The fries were crispy, the brisket was amazing, the Sriracha sauce is very good, the peppers and onions were fresh. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would definitely order again
