The MexiCuban Food Truck brings Mexican Cuban Fusion Food direct to you. With both Cuban and Mexican heritage the owners have created a wonderful and unique menu, with combinations of the two cuisines that best represent both cultures. Their original signature dish and most popular item is "Fluffy Tacos", which include a choice of Chicken Pibil or Cuban Roast Pork on freshly fried, fluffy corn tortillas topped with pickled red onions and cheese. "Fluffy Tacos" are made to order and they are amazing! They also serve custom bowls, sandwiches and delicious sides. So good to have a new truck!! My order was wrong BUT it was amazing!! I wouldn't have ordered it but wow I was blown away by the flavors. 10/10 would order again.
