"Love and passion" are the ideas upon which Messi Burger was built, and after one bite of Chef Indo's burgers you'll see why. Catch his truck flipping patties around the Santa Ana area, and though it's the burgers people go for, it might just be the wings that they stay for.
Starting with fresh ground beef, turkey and even chicken, you're able to customize it with a solid selection of toppings and pair it with fresh cut fries. Crispy chicken wings are in the mix too, available with their signature—and award-winning—Down South BBQ sauce. Notes were missed. Asked for no lettuce or tomato but they were left in the sandwich. Everything was tasty, though!

My order was not correct. I paid for a burger with pineapple, bacon and teriyaki sauce (additional $3 charge), and only got the bacon.

Honestly it was just the perfect mix of everything and getting a big giant bite once I was into the middle of the hamburger! And the burgers weren't over cooked which is outstanding! The balance of the onions and the pickles and the lettuce and the tomato and the bacon that I added in the cheese and the perfectly cooked burger with those excellent buns was fantastical!
