We Slow cook our pulled pork over Hickory, Mesquite, and Apple Wood for 18 to 22 hours Rubbed and Basted with our home made concoctions. You can also try our Sandwich Memphis Style with our own home made Sauce and Cole Slaw on the Sandwich.
