About Kurbside Eatz By Texas Catering Co.
Getting to know us!
Kurbside Eatz is an Asian fusion taco truck operating under Texas Catering Co. out of our Houston commissary. We have served Houston Rockets community events, Texas A&M athletics, a recurring corporate program at Tesla, and corporate lunches and private bookings across the city.
The menu is built on bulgogi style tacos in beef, chicken, or veggie, served two to an order. Quesadillas come three pieces to a plate, and the kimchi fries are what people come back for. Egg rolls and dumplings are available on larger orders. Everything is made to order off the truck.
We are fully self contained with our own power, and we have run service windows from 50 guests to 1,500. Large crowds get a tightened menu and a second build line so the wait stays short.
Kurbside is one of four concepts under Texas Catering Co., alongside True Dog Houston for gourmet hot dogs, Benz Burgers, and Rise and Shine Tacos for breakfast. We can put multiple trucks on the same site under one booking, which organizers use when they want variety for a bigger crowd.
