Brisket Fries
Our brisket gets a generous rub of our Kajun seasoning. It is then slowed cooked in a our Asian sauce. Once all the fat is remove, the brisket is chopped. We serve the chopped brisket on a bed of fries, topped with shredded Mexican cheese blend, drizzled with our own avocado sauce (non fat yogurt base), SriRacha and green onions. This is one of our best selling item. Our cooking method renders a very tender and flavorful brisket.
