The Impasto Food Truck serves Tampa our Griddled, Stuffed and Rolled Artisanal Flatbread Sandwiches, packed with the flavors of Italy. 'Impasto' translates in English to 'Dough', and we take our dough very seriously! It is made in-house, naturally fermented with wild yeast which creates a unique flavor not replicated anywhere else. Every Impasto is "Griddled' for a fluffy, golden brown crust, 'Stuffed' with the freshest, local ingredients and then 'Rolled' into perfection!

It is a very good product. The truck didn't have what was ordered. Needed to substitute for another product. But all in all...very good.

They didn't have the risotto bites & ran out of Canoli's within the first hour. The parm fries were great, some said they needed a little bit of salt but I thought they were good.

Absolutely loved the wraps from this food truck! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and packed with flavor. Steak Caesar Impasto was a personal favorite – perfectly grilled and seasoned. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Can't wait to come back for more delicious wraps!

The garlic aioli was too thin and runny. If it was thicker it would have been a 5. It was fresh tasting and filling.

Yes. My fries were cold. I ordered a head and was there before pick up time. They should have been hot.
