The  Falafeltruck is a mom and pop food truck we started back in 2020 during Covid time we live Falafel Humus Tahini Baklava  and being from the Mediterranean also know well to make it 

We import our Pita bread and very proud at our quality and freshness of our products 

We are the only kosher establishment in west Michigan
