Dalat - Streets of Vietnam

Our Chef and owner, Hue (Sarah) Ka is from a rural area just outside of Dalat, Vietnam. Her people speak the Montagnard dialect, and most are hard working coffee farmers. She owned a nail shop for many years. When she would cook food and bring it into the shop many of her customers told her she should open up a restaurant. One of them owned a food truck and introduced her to the concept. Her husband had been a food broker in the restaurant industry for decades, and immediately saw the potential. He quit his job 3 months into Sarah's journey and they've never looked back. Even if they've never had Vietnamese food, the most common comments from customers reflect her painstaking attention to detail and the high level of quality that you usually don't associate with a food truck.
