Coco's Latin Cuisine is a food truck ten years in the making. Back in 2009 with over 15 years in the restaurant industry, the Coco's brand was a singular brick and mortar location with the best homemade Latin cuisine in town. Now, it's a food truck slinging those same great sammies on the go.
And we couldn't be any more grateful, really. This is Coco's Latin Cuisine we're talking about, and they've handcrafted a full bodied menu built to satisfy. Utilizing only the freshest quality ingredients, each sandwich is truly a sight to behold, and to taste if we're being honest. From the O.G. cuban sandwich featuring sliced ham and in house mojo roasted pork to the so called "Locaaaa's BLT" with homemade garlic aioli pressed on Cuban bread, rest assured you'll get your fill here. Cocos Latin Cuisine was amazing. Probably one of the best Cuban sandwiches ever--generous portions of meat. Great garlic aioli with yuca fries. Empanadas?! Delicious!!

I used Coco Latin Food Truck for my son’s and now daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner and how quickly it got prepared. I was afraid because we had 60 guests invited, but there was no need to worry at all. The food was amazing, all the guests raved on how good it was. Tomas and his crew were so extremely professional. They got there right on time and were totally prepared to serve our guests. They gave us the leftover food, which was very unexpected. The entire process from the request to the completion of the rehearsal dinner was super smooth. I strongly recommend them for your next even.
