The Chang Noi Thai-Lao Food Truck serves up Tennessee's finest Asian fusion cuisine! We are based out of Nashville but we can be found in nearby cities as well. Our food truck is filled with a friendly, welcoming crew ready to cook for you, and our chefs love to engage with our customers. Try our Noodles, Curries, Spring Rolls and more! We will also accommodate gluten free and vegetarian customers. Our Catering service is also available, so we can bring our epic Asian fusion food to your next event!

Two separate lines: 1. To pick up orders 2. To request an order. That way the folks that ordered ahead using the app do not have to wait in line for those requesting a new order
