Founded at the Nashville Farmers' Market Nov of 2013, Caracasville brings the vibrant spirit of Venezuela to Music City. Our history is rooted in sharing authentic family recipes with our local community. We are currently proud to offer a focused menu of our most beloved items: handcrafted, gluten-free Arepas and customizable Venezuelan Bowls. Each dish is made with fresh ingredients, bold spices, and the traditional flavors of Caracas. Join us for a taste of our heritage, served fresh daily from our truck!

The black beans, plantains, avocado, and mozzarella cheese combo on the arpes bread was amazing. I've never had this before & I was very pleased. The order was fast, andthe food was hot. I'll definitely order again.
