The Lazy Man Story

Lazy Man BBQ started in the backyard with friends, meat, beer & fire. I was thinking of a way to make life a little easier, make the meat taste a little better, and the party last a little longer, without working TOO hard at it.

I'm a man and I like to cook meat over fire. I'm a Lazy Man, so I don't have time to guess which one of the 1,000’s of seasonings on the market will work with the steak, hamburger, chicken or fish I wanna to cook. So I came up with my own seasonings that take the guesswork out. They're spicy without being hot, sweet without tasting like candy, and savory without being too salty. They're simple and easy to use, hold in the juices and bring out a delicious flavor in just about everything. They're also Gluten & MSG FREE.

After having pretty good success selling the seasonings the next logical step was to open a BBQ joint where I could showcase how good it works. I bought a BBQ food truck in Kalamazoo and in June of 2015 I started selling my BBQ in Kalamazoo.

We serve at different locations. We cater special events. And we love what we do and it shows in our food.
