Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! Thank you, Fat Boys, for helping make our event such a success. We’ll definitely keep you in mind for future celebrations!

The brisket melt is absolutely delicious. We loved the seasoning on the fresh cut fries. This is definitely our favorite sandwich truck that comes to Talavera.

I was just a little disappointed that they didn't have the chess pie that I had ordered. The red beans and rice were really good.

Food is delicious. However my order was messed up tonight :(. Asked for extra chicken but they dumped shrimp all over the rice instead. Couldn’t eat it

The turkey burger was good. I don't eat onions and have allergies to that so I scraped them off. There wasn't a space to request ti have them removed. Perhaps, an "instructions" space can be added for that particular burger as well. Many have allergies to foods. Thank you!🙂
