the service was excellent! This is our first time hiring a food truck from BTF and it was super last minute. I submitted my request on Friday before Memorial Day, for a Memorial Day Luncheon and BTF did not fail us. Our truck was here one hour before event started and was here until all the food we paid for was served. Will definitely use you guys again.

Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! Thank you, Fat Boys, for helping make our event such a success. We’ll definitely keep you in mind for future celebrations!

Michael was fantastic! He was on time, his set up was easy and clean, and he was hilarious (all our guests loved him!). The food was great and there were plenty of choices, so something for everyone's taste (I had guests who were both gluten and dairy free, so this was great!). The portion sizes were also very generous, no one left hungry! Highly recommend!

Portions were back to normal and the food was so good this time around. Been a while since I last got food at the truck but I try to get them every time I come around. Last time disappointed me a tiny bit but this time they blew it out the park. Thank you so much, look forward to the truck coming back on the 14th!

The Pancit plate online says it comes with "Meat of the day" but it didn't come with any meat. Lumpias were terrific.

for sure. At first I was like wow that's a very high price but with the flavor bomb I'm getting from this and how they created it wow. Very impressed.
