the service was excellent! This is our first time hiring a food truck from BTF and it was super last minute. I submitted my request on Friday before Memorial Day, for a Memorial Day Luncheon and BTF did not fail us. Our truck was here one hour before event started and was here until all the food we paid for was served. Will definitely use you guys again.

Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! Thank you, Fat Boys, for helping make our event such a success. We’ll definitely keep you in mind for future celebrations!

A little confusion of the front end, but overall it turned out great! Eveyone loved the pizzas and Seb was great at making sure everyone had what they wanted - including gluten-free options. Every last slice was eaten. It was awesome.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Chef Niki and her food truck! She was so flexible and easy to work with, the food was delicious and served quickly with a smile. She came early and was set up and ready to go when our event started.

More veggies and more sauce on the chicken would be nice. And a firmer vegetable filling inside of the egg rolls. But overall, it was good. One of our favorite food trucks that comes to the neighborhood!

Food was good!! Needed more sauce and not sure why eggs were in it. Chicken pad Thai doesn’t normally have eggs and bean sprouts.

The sandwich meat was great and the Mac-n-cheese were very good too! I would have like some sauce on the side as an option.
