I would put messaging in the text alerts to: let the staff know when you have arrived and provide your order number. I waited 15 min. Not realizing that. Thank you

I received a text saying it was ready and then when I got there they made me wait ten more minutes for it and it was the 3rd order of the day and on the counter the whole time. It's not hot anymore. Food would be better still warm

The team with Alabama Ali’s was amazing! They were on time, friendly and added a wonderful touch to our event! Also, the food was absolutely delicious!

Tasty sandwich and soup. I pre ordered and received an email they would try to accommodate my scheduled pickup and was expecting a text when the order was ready but didn’t receive one. Upon going to the truck my order was handed to me immediately however.
