The food was delicious The fries were good and I was late picking up so if I was on time and the food was hot I can't imagine how scrumptious it all would have been. I had the briscuit and my husband had the Philly cheese steak and they were both filling enough that we could save half each for tomorrow's lunch. I got an order of boom boom sauce just so I could know whether I should order the sandwich that has it the next time. I think I will; it has just enough of a kick, but not too much that it will cause me heartburn. Loved it.

This truck was a SMASH hit with our attendees. They even brought in their alternate truck in order to offer an extended menu. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

This truck was a hit with our attendees. What a bummer their fryer died halfway through the event. Thankfully Thai Lao brought in a second truck to fill the void.

Good flavor. Maybe use both small container sections for veggies and mix the chicken in with the rice which would translate to more veggies and a bit less rice but I will order from you again

The Mushroom Swiss was cooked to perfection, flavor was great, and the rest of the family really enjoyed their meals as well. We have a picky eater. 😬
