Hot, Customizable Meals for Every Stamford Studio Set!
From the bustling sound stages at NBC Sports to indie shoots along Harbor Point, Stamford has become Connecticut’s go-to production hub— and Best Food Trucks keeps those crews fed. Our team has years of experience coordinating food truck catering for studio productions, so your meal breaks run as smoothly as your call sheets. We’ll design rotating daily menus, scout the perfect service spot outside your soundstage, streamline online ordering and pick-up, and verify that every vendor carries the right Stamford permits and insurance.
Because we’re locals, we can tap the city’s most popular trucks. Craving a fresh seafood bowl? Poké Motion arrives with ocean-fresh ahi and house-made sauces. Need comfort food that hits like a wrap party? All American Wontons/The Stuffed American turns out bacon-mac wontons faster than you can yell “Rolling!” For Mediterranean flavor on set, Habibi's Halal plates up gyro and falafel that even the pickiest grip will love. Looking for classic ballpark bites near Chelsea Piers CT? Anthony's N.Y Hot Dogs & More has you covered. And if your cast is plant-powered, Green Street serves creative vegan bowls that keep energy high without slowing production.
Food truck catering for studios in Stamford isn’t just convenient— it’s eco-friendly. Mobile kitchens generate less food and packaging waste than traditional craft services, helping keep Long Island Sound cleaner. Plus, we provide a detailed cost analysis up front so you can stay on budget and on schedule. Let Best Food Trucks handle mealtime logistics while you focus on getting the perfect shot.
Fueling Stamford’s Studios—and Its Small Businesses
Every time you book food truck catering for a Stamford studio shoot, you’re keeping more production dollars right here in Fairfield County. Most of the trucks that roll up to NBC Sports, the Palace Theatre’s soundstage, or an indie set off Bedford Street are owned by solo chefs or family-run startups from neighborhoods like Glenbrook, Springdale, and Shippan.
Choosing a food truck over traditional craft services is also a win for the planet. These mobile kitchens sip less electricity than a full commissary tent and use compostable serviceware, cutting down on trash that might otherwise wind up in Long Island Sound. From propane-savvy taco rigs to solar-assisted smoothie buses, Stamford’s fleet is quietly lowering the carbon footprint of every shoot.
So the next time your production manager Googles “low-budget film catering Stamford” or “Stamford studio food truck,” send them our way. Best Food Trucks will match you with a locally owned rig that keeps your cast and crew happy, your budget tight, and your catering greener than Mill River Park after a May rain.

I was told that the $6 garlic fries I paid extra for were on the one box. I find it hard to believe that was extra fries. Seems like it would be an extra box(extra side)

Food was amazing. Chef Yarwood clearly knows what he is doing. The steak tips with mushrooms and onions as well as the Mac and cheese were truly delicious. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Good pizza! I love the crust and the garlic is over the top! Suggestion: allow me to add sausage and extra basil to the base white pizza without adding red sauce.😉

I found the cheese pizza to be salty and the margherita pizza needed more tomato sauce. The cauliflower crust was good as was the balsamic vinaigrette.
