Best Food Trucks delivers the fastest, freshest food truck catering for studios in Rome, NY. Our crew has years of experience keeping Upstate film productions on schedule and well-fed, so your meal breaks stay tight and your talent stays happy.
We curate rotating daily menus that excite every palate. When the crew is craving smokehouse flavor, Big Awesome BBQ rolls in with ribs and pulled pork that make the entire lot drift toward the craft-services table. Need something lighter? Byblos Street Grill plates fresh Lebanese wraps and salads that keep energy high for take after take.
From scouting the perfect parking spot near your soundstage to handling Rome city permits, insurance checks, digital ordering, pickup scheduling, and detailed cost analysis, we streamline every part of studio food truck catering. Let Best Food Trucks remove the guesswork from mealtime on your Rome set—so you can keep the cameras rolling.
Fueling Your Production—And Rome’s Small Businesses
Booking studio food truck catering in Rome, NY does more than keep your cast and crew satisfied—it keeps our city’s entrepreneurial spirit thriving. Most Rome food trucks are family-run ventures that source ingredients from Mohawk Valley farms, bakeries, and butcher shops. Every burger flipped or gyro wrapped on your set sends real dollars back into the Copper City economy, from the Utica Bread buns to the Toscano Farm tomatoes.
Food trucks also give your Rome studio production an eco-friendly edge. Compared with traditional craft-services buffets, mobile kitchens use less electricity, need fewer disposable pans, and cut down drastically on food waste with on-demand ordering. It’s a sustainable win whether you’re filming at Delta Lake State Park or inside a converted hangar at Griffiss.
So the next time you’re typing “low-budget film catering near me” or “studio food truck catering Rome NY” into your phone, remember that Best Food Trucks connects you with the area’s most creative mobile chefs—keeping your shoot on schedule while giving local small businesses a close-up. Delicious!!! Rangoon‘s were a bit on the cool side, but still delicious. Everything else was hot and steamy. Can’t wait till you come back to Raintree again.

More than 5! They worked their butts off to get the food out. All of it was delicious! Probably the best burger meat I've ever had, melted in my mouth!

Food was great and she was very pleasant. She was by herself when I went down there but she had a great system and stayed positive during a hectic time. I loved being able to pre-order and that they texted me when my food was ready.

The food was incredibly tasty and the portions were large - enough left over for lunch tomorrow. There aren't many creole trucks out there so knocking it out of the park flavor-wise was great!

Delicious food, ready for pickup exactly when promised, and friendly, welcoming folks running the operation. I hope they return to Greyhawk Landing.

Food was delicious but I have a feeling I got someone else's order. Be careful with your online orders.

Everything was great but no one knew they could get a cookie, the sign for the type of pizza's and the cookie was not very visible. The team did a great job, food was hot and delicious (salad very good). We had some happy campers.

The catfish was very fresh and delicious--melts in your mouth and no fishy taste! The crispy Brussel sprouts were awesome too!

Have the pick-up window labeled so people who pre-order can go straight up to the window instead of being overlooked as someone who hasn't ordered yet or someone who is waiting for their food order.
