Barbecue Food Truck Catering in Orlando Brings Smokin’ BBQ To Every Party!

From tailgates outside the Bounce House at UCF to birthday bashes in Lake Eola Park, Orlando knows how to celebrate— and nothing says celebration like authentic, slow-smoked barbecue served hot off a food truck. Forget the soggy, foil-pan buffet that’s been steaming for hours. Real Orlando hosts treat their guests to pit-master perfection cooked low and slow, carved to order, and handed over with that unmistakable whiff of hickory in the air.

When you book barbecue food truck catering in Orlando, you’re tapping into a city that lives for flavor. Imagine rolling up to your corporate lunch in downtown Orlando and greeting employees with the fall-off-the-bone ribs from Smoke In The City BBQ. Their pit has been working since sunrise, filling the streets with the aroma of true Southern barbecue that would make any theme-park visitor ditch the funnel cake line.

Looking for something that tastes just like Sunday supper at Grandma’s in Parramore? Grandma's BBQ delivers pulled pork, brisket, and wings “seasoned with love” that transport your taste buds straight back to the family table. It’s the comforting, home-style barbecue Orlando locals crave after a long day on I-4.

Maybe your crew wants a mix of flavors. Buen Provecho Good Eats can park beside the pool and serve tacos piled high with Mojo chicken and smoky beef— the perfect fusion menu for BBQ fans who like a little Latin flair with their feast.

If you need a spread that wows theme-park VIPs or NBA watch-party guests, call in Shaw's Ooh Wee. Their American-comfort classics— think cheesy mac and hickory-kissed pork— pair perfectly with an ice-cold craft beer from one of Orlando’s local breweries.

And don’t sleep on seafood when you plan barbecue catering in Orlando. Seafood Bandits smokes and grills jumbo shrimp, fried crab, and legendary lobster so fresh you’d swear it was reeled in from Lake Conway that morning.

Whether you’re hosting a wedding reception in Winter Park, a convention after-party near the Orange County Convention Center, or a neighborhood block party in College Park, the right Orlando barbecue food truck will make you look like a planning pro. Book early, lock in your favorite truck, and let the aroma of real, Central-Florida barbecue do the rest— your guests will rave, and you’ll earn instant Boss-Mode status.

The brisket was a little dry. Still good but I did use more bbq sauce than I usually do on a sandwich.

The flavor was great...I ordered the link, and the generosity from the chef on adding pickles and toast was a lovely surprise. Also, the BBQ sauce was amazing!

The crispy crunchy bread. Also like that it doesn't come with a side because the sandwich is plenty by itself.

When we ordered in September, it was awesome! This time, there were 4 misshapen ribs (one huge, 2 medium, one bite size). The sausage also tasted overcooked and was sliced into small pieces (nothing like the last time). The is was the first time that we had food requested at the start of the shift, and not at 7:00 PM, and it seemed as if this was leftover from a prior shift and 'dumped' on us. Was still tasty with the sauce, but disappointed in this trip (and we raved about Logan's to many friends.....)
