The food truck arrived right on time, was extremely clean and well organized, and the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, the food was AMAZING! Food was exceptional. Chef Ryan and Roxanne was well prepared and the options were scrumptious. I woukld highly recommend Island spice grill again
