All the employees were mostly happy with the meal. a few things that were said is that for the pulled pork they would of liked more meat on the sandwich. Also it was stated that the brownies were homemade, in which they were not. Over all it was a good experience.

I heard the food truck food was delicious and they were very efficient on getting people through the line. Thank you! I was glad to I was able to talk to the food truck driver prior to the event to ensure the food that was coming and that there would be options. I started to wonder if the whole process of finding the truck was a scam.. so glad I was able to connect with a person to ask questions. Food was good...burger was a tad dry though. Not a 5 because i had to wait for over an hour for my order. May have been due to ordering system but after i showed up it still took 30 more minutes and there didn't seem to be any urgency.

The food was tasty and the presentation/experience was wonderful! Ricky is the nicest and a great chef. Olga ensured our guests with dietary needs had options to eat. She also worked directly with the event venue to ensure everything went smoothly. I would have Salsa Franklin Taco at any event.

Shrimp empanadas were amazing! It was hot and the cheese was melty but it wasn't overly greasy or messy. Very flavorful!
