Skip the tired hotel pans and heat lamps—an American comfort food truck delivers every order hot off the griddle, exactly the way St. Vrain Valley locals expect it.

How Best Food Trucks Supports Longmont’s Small Businesses
Every time you book American comfort food truck catering in Longmont through Best Food Trucks, you’re doing far more than feeding a hungry crowd—you’re investing in the city we all love. Most of the rigs you see cruising along Ken Pratt Boulevard or parked at the Longmont Farmers Market are owned by solo chefs, husband-and-wife teams, or multigenerational families who call Boulder County home. Your event dollars stay right here on the Front Range, paying for local ingredients, kids’ soccer fees, and that next rent check on Main Street.
Choosing a food truck over traditional buffet service is also a greener move for Left Hand Valley. Our mobile kitchens sip electricity, cook to order, and eliminate mountains of single-use chafing dishes. That means a smaller carbon footprint for your office lunch at Twin Peaks Business Park or your reunion picnic at Thompson Park—plus zero leftovers headed to the landfill.
Quick recap of the Longmont-sized benefits:
- Keep catering dollars circulating inside the 80501—supporting neighborhood entrepreneurs.
- Lower energy use and food waste compared with conventional catering halls.
- Menus built around produce from Ollin Farms, mushrooms from Hazel Dell, and beef raised on nearby ranches.
- Built-in marketing boost: guests love snapping photos of locally branded trucks and sharing them with “#LongmontEats.”
So the next time you type “American comfort food truck catering in Longmont” into Google, remember that Best Food Trucks delivers the melt-in-your-mouth mac ’n’ cheese and the feel-good economics. Book a truck, fuel the local economy, and give your guests a taste of authentic Longmont comfort.

The corned beef was really, really good - don't change that. The pollock in the fish reuben was decent but could have been better. I ordered colcannon and was just potatoes and scallions - there wasn't any cabbage or bacon bits.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.
Food Truck FAQ
- What is food truck catering?
- Food truck catering is when you hire a food truck to provide freshly made meals from a full service mobile kitchen for your event. Instead of using large containers filled with food made hours earlier, food is made fresh and onsite.
- How does food truck catering work with Best Food Trucks?
- With Best Food Trucks, you choose the budget for your event and provide details like, time, date, how many diners and what type of party you're throwing. Best Food Trucks will send out your request to regional food trucks who will submit a proposal based on your budget.
- How do we choose the budget for our food truck event?
- You choose the budget (within our parameters) and we'll find proposals that match that budget. Every proposal we send you will be for your submitted budget.
