This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

The portion size for a large $20 mac n cheese was very disappointing. We thought by ordering a large it would be enough for 2. The $12 rib was more food for less cost which was shocking. Great flavors overall just wish the mac n cheese had been enough for 2 for that price

the Jollof Rice was kind of hard but not in the under cooked kind of way like it had been sitting out in the open kind of hard. It also didn't seem to have a lot of flavor other than heat. I added some water and steamed in microwave it was ok. Not a fan but I did give them over all a 4.

The burger was great, but the banana/nutella crepes was the best part. Absolute perfection, I have not had a better dessert in years. 10/10, I recommended this to many of my coworkers.

The food is always fantastic and great value for the price. 11 I can't say the same for some of the other trucks. The surprise thank you of a free banana pudding was much appreciated and their generosity in providing an extra one to go for my brother after they heard my story was over the top.

This food truck and staff was absolutely a hit at our annual Truck Road-eo event this year. Everyone loved the food and the staff - they ran out of food before we could even get through the event - that's AWESOME! Yes-I ordered the russet potato fries received regular fries. Pretty sure that was extra- in addition, the text messaging to let me know my order was ready, didn't come to me until about two hours later
