Grand Junction Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events
From the bustle of the Downtown Farmers Market on Main Street to the roar of the crowd at Suplizio Field during the JUCO World Series, Grand Junction knows how to celebrate—and locals expect two things: stunning Western Slope views and unforgettable food. Best Food Trucks delivers both with a fleet of fully self-contained mobile kitchens that roll in ready to serve thousands.
Gone are the days of canvas tents that demanded generators, multiple permits, and dawn-to-dusk setup crews. Today’s modern food trucks pull up, power on, and start cooking in minutes. That means shorter lines, fresher meals, and a faster breakdown once the final guitar chord echoes across Las Colonias Park Amphitheater.
Want variety that keeps every guest smiling? We can curate a mouth-watering lineup that might feature street-style tacos from Armando Tacos, fall-off-the-bone ribs from Bo-B-Q, hearty comfort staples from Bravos Food Truck, and nostalgic diner favorites spun to classic hits by Jukebox Jamboree. From Mexican flavors to smoky barbecue and all-American classics, every palate at your event will be covered.
Whether you’re hosting a festival beneath the Colorado National Monument, a corporate retreat on the Grand Mesa, or a concert series in Fruita, Best Food Trucks handles the permitting, POS systems, staffing, and scheduling. You focus on the entertainment—we’ll feed the crowds. Discover why we’re Grand Junction’s go-to choice for large-scale food truck catering.
Skip the Line at Your Grand Junction Large-Scale Event
Picture this: the gates just opened at the Palisade Peach Festival or the lawn is filling up for a summer show at Las Colonias Park Amphitheater. Instead of guests bunching up in front of the trucks, Best Food Trucks’ cutting-edge online ordering system lets them tap a few buttons on their phone, stroll back to their blanket, and get a text the moment their food is hot and ready. No long queues, no missing the opening act—just smooth, stress-free food truck catering for large-scale events in Grand Junction.
Hosting a double-header at Suplizio Field or a tech conference downtown? Send attendees a pre-order link the day before so they can choose a specific pick-up window. Our platform is built to handle the high-frequency ordering that comes with crowds of 500 or 15,000, keeping lines short and smiles wide.
Grand Junction event planners love our system because it keeps the focus on what matters—be it the crack of the bat at a JUCO World Series game or the last riff at Country Jam—while guests still enjoy exceptional eats from the Western Slope’s best food trucks. Food trucks plus online ordering: the smartest way to feed big crowds in Grand Junction.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.
