Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in El Paso
From tailgate parties outside the Sun Bowl to concerts under the lights of Southwest University Park, El Paso knows how to gather a crowd—and nothing fuels a crowd like great food. Modern food trucks bring full-service commercial kitchens right to the foothills of the Franklin Mountains, eliminating the old hassles of tent permits, power drops, and marathon set-ups. When you choose food truck catering for large-scale events in El Paso, you give guests more variety, faster lines, and that vibrant border-town flavor they expect.
Best Food Trucks has relationships with the 915’s most popular mobile kitchens, so coordinating multiple vendors for festivals, marathons, or UTEP game days is a breeze. Craving stacked burgers from Sushi Babe Tacos & More, a globe-trotting menu from Go-Taco-Go, smoky comfort plates by Rub My Rib, or mesquite-kissed brisket from Off the Grill? We’ll park them all curbside so your attendees can taste El Paso without ever leaving the venue.
Whether you’re planning a street festival on Stanton Street, a corporate retreat at the Convention Center, or a food-and-wine gala in the Mission Valley, let Best Food Trucks handle the logistics. We’ll match your headcount and theme with the right mix of trucks, manage staggered service windows to keep lines moving, and ensure every permit meets City of El Paso requirements. Large-scale events deserve large-scale flavor—book your food truck catering in El Paso today and watch your event become the talk of the Borderland.
Skip the Line and Soak Up the Sun City Fun!
Big crowds and blazing West Texas sunshine shouldn’t mean long food lines. Best Food Trucks’ online ordering platform lets guests at your large-scale El Paso event tap a phone, pick a time, and get a text the moment their tacos or brisket are ready. No more baking on the blacktop outside the Don Haskins Center or missing a guitar solo at Neon Desert Festival—attendees grab their food the second they get the alert and head right back to the action.
Planning a Borderland block party or a 10K along Scenic Drive? Send a pre-order link with your RSVP email so runners and revelers can reserve their pickup window before the starting gun. Our system was built for high-frequency ordering, so even when 20,000 fans pour out of Southwest University Park after a Chihuahuas game, every burrito bowl, gordita, and elote is queued, fired, and served without a hitch.
Combine El Paso’s best food trucks with our skip-the-line technology and you get the ultimate recipe for stress-free, large-scale event catering. More time enjoying Franklin Mountain views, less time waiting—exactly how the 915 likes it.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.
