This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

Way better than I was expecting. I'm not a fan of tater tots and like these very much. The Big Piggy is where it shined though. Wasn't dried out just , just the right portion size where you get your moneys worth.

We had an amazing experience with Brooklyn Burger! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The food truck arrived right on time, was extremely clean and well organized, and the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, the food was AMAZING! Everything was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with our team. I would absolutely recommend Brooklyn Burger to anyone looking for a food truck for an event. This was restaurant-quality Irish dishes brought right to our doorstep. I need this truck on regular rotation! I'm not sure there is a local Irish restaurant that has food this good and with quality-fresh ingredients! The corned beef was so tender and beautifully seasoned. The sauces were delicious and complemented the sandwich perfectly. Love the fresh-cut fries and the lightly breaded pollock! Can't wait till they return!
