Hot, Customizable Meals for Your Cheyenne Studio Shoots
Whether your cameras are rolling near the historic Union Pacific Depot, out on Happy Jack Road, or inside a downtown soundstage, Best Food Trucks delivers top-notch food truck catering for studios in Cheyenne. Our crew has spent years feeding film and TV productions all over the Mountain West, so we know how to keep cast and crew fueled and schedules on track—even when the High Plains winds start howling.
We’ll work hand-in-hand with your production office to build rotating daily menus, pinpoint the best serving spots, streamline online ordering and pickup, and confirm every vendor carries current City of Cheyenne permits and insurance. After service, you’ll get a detailed cost analysis that stays within budget and minimizes waste—because food truck catering in Cheyenne means fewer disposable pans and far less leftover food.
Choose from local favorites like juicy smash burgers from Burger Buggie, smoky brisket and ribs from Brennen Truck, Brazilian street eats from Brazi Eats, award-winning burritos and Cubanos courtesy of Fat Tomato Inc, or sweet cast-iron creations at The Waffle Lab. We rotate trucks daily so even a month-long shoot feels fresh.
From sunrise call times during Frontier Days to late-night wrap parties, let Best Food Trucks take the guesswork out of studio catering in Cheyenne. That’s one less production headache—so you can concentrate on getting the perfect shot.
Fueling Cheyenne’s Economy—One Food Truck at a Time
Booking food truck catering for your Cheyenne studio isn’t just convenient—it’s a direct investment in the Capital City’s small-business community. Nearly every rig we roll onto set is run by a local family or solo entrepreneur who calls the High Plains home. Your craft-services line item helps them pay staff, buy Wyoming-sourced ingredients, and keep their chrome shining for Saturday service at Depot Plaza.
Food trucks also tread lighter on the prairie. Self-contained kitchens sip far less power than a row of chafing dishes and send almost nothing to the landfill—no disposable steam pans, no piles of plastic wrap. Many Cheyenne trucks even run on biodiesel brewed from used fryer oil collected right here in Laramie County.
So the next time you’re Googling “low-budget film catering near me” while racing north on I-25, remember that a food truck can stretch your budget, shrink your footprint, and keep local cash circulating from Dell Range Boulevard to South Greeley Highway. Drop us a line and we’ll park a socially responsible kitchen right outside your soundstage.

One of the pizza's was perfect but the cheese pizza was burned in the bottom which made the pizza taste bad . We follow the truck and have never had this happen.

This is the best burger truck. Everything we ordered was really fresh. Please keep Smash and Roll on Talavera’s list of trucks.

The fries were cooked well and love the seasoning, I just prefer thinner fries. I also think it would be better if the bun was toasted. Otherwise great meal.

The lo mein was phenomenal, the noodles soaked up the sauce perfectly. I will say though that it was a little too sweet but I'd definitely get it again next time you're here!
