The food was VERY good. 1 of their fryers broke so it took almost 3 hours to get everyone thru the line which didn't make anyone happy. The quality of the food was great and quantity of food also but time was a turn off for most. They also did not show up to the event early enough to set up so they didn't start serving until about 20-25 mins after the set-up start time. Would hire again for smaller event.

Silvas Tacos was great! The truck showed up ready and on time, the communication was smooth, the food was excellent. Everyone was happy and we will hire them again for our next event.
