Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Burlington, VT
From a summer concert on the Lake Champlain waterfront to a packed Catamounts tailgate outside Gutterson Fieldhouse, the Queen City knows how to throw a party—and Burlingtonites expect great food while they celebrate. In the past, planners had to rely on rows of pop-up tents, extra permits, and hours of setup just to feed the crowd. Today, self-contained food trucks roll in with everything they need on board, delivering hot meals within minutes and rolling out without a trace. That’s why food truck catering has become the go-to solution for large-scale events all over Chittenden County.

Maharaja Spice will spice up the scene with time-honored family recipes. And when the Lake Champlain sunsets call for something sweet, nothing beats a scoop (or three) from The Sundae Sisters.

The food was very good. The food truck staff were super kind and did their best to keep up with the inundation of orders. The BFT app told me that my order was ready; however, I had to wait at the truck (with many other customers) for well over an hour for my order. The communication dependability between BFT and the customer needs to improve drastically.

They forgot to put the nacho toppings on top of the chips for my dad so he had to go back so he wasn't just eating plain chips when steak nachos were ordered. The quesabirria though was very tasty!

Food was good but the service was lacking. I placed a preorder for 5:25pm. I received an email at 5:25pm that my order was ready. I went to pick it up and finally got my order at 6:30 pm and that was after having to remind the crew what I ordered and paid for one hour and 45 minutes earlier. They evidently lost my order.

I don't think it's them, there seems to be an issue with receiving notification when our orders are done it's everytime we have ordered through BFT

Everything was great, but the cannolis were empty in the middle. They were tasty though, just wish they were filled more.

The pizza is too expensive for the size. Delicious but too small. Didn't like the garlic knots too much, tasted like pretzel dough.
